CharliTito Ortiz, born in Huntington Beach on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz was his birth name. Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach and moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half Mexican descendant of his paternal family is half Mexican. His father was Sam Ortiz, who gave him the name Tito.
