She was born in Santa Monica, California on 26 November 1986. She is the daughter of her father Vincenzo Barba, and mother Valerie Barba. When she was six, her family moved to Point Pleasant New Jersey. As for her education she finished her education at Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey. She later attended Catholic University and graduated with the degree of a bachelor in architecture. When she began playing the violin, it was at the age four, and she was known as the Violin Girl. She was a star performer and earned the creation of her name. Also, she was a violin instructor for children of the surrounding area. On the show's six seasons, American Idol, she sang Free in 1976 when she was 19 years old. She was subsequently eliminated getting to 16th place on the show. She has performed many songs such as 'The Christmas Song 2009' and 'Out to Blood'. Also, she's been on a variety of TV shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Antonella Barba, an American artist, became famous after participating in the sixth season of American Idol. Also, she began acting on television after being exiled from the show when she was ranked in the top 16. In the past, she's appeared in minor roles in films, and also appeared on Fear Factor during the 2012 season. According to Daily Mail reports on November 21st, 2019 she was sentenced nearly 4 years in jail for co-operating in the distribution of the drug fentanyl. The performer pleaded guilty having over 400 grams of fentanyl with the intent to distribute it in July. But she was detained while as she attempted to ship nearly 2 pounds of the drug to a stash house located in Virginia in the month of October.
